But due to diverse international shipping costs, some destinations require a shipping fee: South and Central America, Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa and the Middle East. The shipping cost for these countries will be calculated automatically upon checkout.(However,we also use UPS,DHL & TNT,If you choose these shipping methods,you have to pay the shipping charger wherever you are,all the fee accounted automatically by our system)

Shipping of your package takes approximately 4 to 8 business days, anywhere in the world.
Our packages will be shipped to the shipping address on the order invoice you provided to us. Please be certain to enter the correct address. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes made due to incorrect shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.

Customs and Import Duties

RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
All shipment charges within or after 30 days to www.wind-shoes.com will be borne be borne solely by the purchaser and an additional USD 30.00 will be deducted from the refund credited in for of original payment method or merchandise credit.
If item returned has been damaged by purchaser and is not a mechanical default due to our assembly line (which would be under warranty), repair charges will be quoted and deducted accordingly.
We will not accept any returned merchandise without the original box and tags.
Pls contact our Customer Service Specialist by sending email to sale@wind-shoes.com about the item returns . Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS and EMS. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.
Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the shoes and our other products and the security tags are still attached. The merchandise must not have been worn or damaged in any way.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
For A return and exchange requirement,pls email us about your reason and send the shoes pics as well. Meanwhile,please tell us the order # and the item(s) # you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please also tell us the item # and size you`d like.
We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. www.wind-shoes.com will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date.
The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.
You must obtain a Return For Inspection (RFI) number from www.wind-shoes.com before returning the merchandise. If item returned has been damaged by purchaser and is not a mechanical default due to our assembly line (which would be under warranty), repair charges will be quoted and deducted accordingly.
